How to Apply for State-Funded Scholarships in Florida: Understanding the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship

The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program is one of the most well-known financial aid opportunities for students in the Sunshine State. Applying is simple but requires preparation. Students must complete the Florida Financial Aid Application (FFAA) by the spring of their senior year, submit official transcripts, and ensure that SAT or ACT scores are sent to the Florida Department of Education.
